TBDA collects only the information required to respond to contact requests or project briefs. This may include name, email address, telephone number, company and information entered by the user in the form.

Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively for communication, assessment of the request, preparation of a proposal and organisation of a potential collaboration. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as required to manage the request and for a reasonable period where there is a potential collaboration or legal obligation.
